Remote Medical Assistant | Patient Monitoring

CVS Healthcare is seeking dedicated Remote Medical Assistants to join our Patient Monitoring team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patient care by remotely monitoring and addressing their health needs with compassion, precision, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
• Monitor patient health data remotely, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Provide real-time support to patients by addressing their inquiries and escalating concerns to the appropriate care teams.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage patient care plans effectively.
• Educate patients on managing their health conditions and using monitoring tools or devices.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold patient confidentiality.

Qualifications
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credentials required.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centric approach.
• Proficient in using remote patient monitoring tools and electronic health records (EHR).
• Previous experience in patient care, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay focused in a remote environment.
