Remote Medical Coder

OnPoint Healthcare Solutions is seeking detail-oriented and experienced Inpatient & Outpatient Coders!

Position Summary: The Medical Coder is responsible for accurately assigning codes for either inpatient or outpatient encounters.

Responsibilities: TheCoding Specialist is required to review, evaluate, and code chart encounters for either inpatient or outpatient charts.

Qualifications:
• CPC, CCS, COC, RHIT, or RHIA certification
• Minimum 5 years of coding experience
• Strong knowledge of CPT coding guidelines
• Proficient in the use of Epic and 3M 360 CAC
• Ability to work from home using high-speed internet
