**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to clients through a mostly inbound call model, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and solution-focused communication
* Utilizing your knowledge and expertise to help clients understand their Medicare coverage options and select the best products and services to meet their needs
* Identifying additional needs and opportunities for clients to upgrade their products or services
* Conducting outbound calls to provide follow-up support and ensure client satisfaction
* Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on compassion and understanding
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless client experiences

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

* Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
* High-speed internet access (>15 mbps)
* Minimum six (6) months sales experience
* Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Computer savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

* Bilingual in Spanish
* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
