Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team at Community Health Center in Huntington, New York. In this full-time telehealth position, you will provide vital mental health support to clients in various settings, helping them navigate their challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and valid LMHC licensure in the state of New York.
• Proven experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
