In this role, you will source small- to mid-sized businesses, qualify leads, and collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals while working remotely from Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Source small- to mid-sized businesses ready for a better benefits solution
- Reach out via phone and email to spark interest
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales advisors
- Keep things organized in our CRM and stay on top of follow-ups
- Collaborate with teammates and share best practices to hit goals
Skills
- Sales, business development, or cold-calling experience
- Excellent communication and confidence on the phone
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Tech-savvy with a love for learning and growing
