[Remote] Operations Associate - Payroll

The Operations Associate will support critical initiatives, assist with strategic projects, and provide operational and analytical support across teams and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to state registration requests, trouble shooting, and maintaining SLAs
- Identify improvements to registration and filing systems and processes
- Identify improvements to compliance requirements monitoring, updates, and coverage
- Provide support to users—answering questions and handling requests
- Support product feature launches and rollout to customers
- Write user communications and/or announcements
Skills
- 1+ years experience with payroll registrations
- 1+ years working in operations or related function
- Previous experience working directly with customers
- Experience working at an early-stage startup or eagerness to learn
- Experience working with a BPO a plus
- Strong connection with the mission of the company
