[Remote] Operations Specialist Associate

The Operations Specialist Associate role involves working with a team to manage contractor evaluations, compliance audits, and collaboration with internal teams to improve processes in the Finance space.
Responsibilities
- Vet contractors and evaluate fraud risks
- Submit contractor applications to multiple lenders and track progress
- Manage Salesforce cases that support expansion of existing business
- Perform recurring compliance audits (licenses, re‑vetting, documentation)
- Communicate with lenders to obtain missing or clarifying submission details
- Collaborate internally with Sales and Account Management
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
- 1+ years of Accounting or Operations experience
- Salesforce, Excel aptitude required
- Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve
- Attention to detail and ability to spot risk
- Understanding of the Lending space a plus
