Position Summary:
• As a Clinician Recruiter, you will serve as a talent advisor responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, high-volume recruitment strategy aimed at rapidly scaling our clinical workforce.
• This role demands mastery of the full recruitment lifecycle combined with expert-level Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency to ensure swift candidate movement, meticulous data integrity, and operational efficiency across a high-volume pipeline.
• You will forge strong, proactive relationships with Hiring Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Recruiting colleagues to deliver top clinical talent that supports Signify Health's mission.

Essential functions:
• High-Volume Full-Cycle Recruitment: Develop and execute a comprehensive, proactive recruitment strategy specifically designed to meet aggressive hiring targets for various clinical roles.
• This includes reviewing a large volume of applicants, conducting interviews, managing the entire offer negotiation process, and driving high-quality hires within significantly condensed timeframes.

Strategic Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
• Design and implement a dynamic sourcing strategy utilizing innovative tools and practices to ensure a continuous, diverse, and robust pipeline of qualified clinician candidates necessary for high-volume demand.
• ATS Mastery and Process Optimization: Act as a power user of the ATS, utilizing system functionality to manage and report on high-volume pipelines efficiently.
• Maintain real-time, impeccable data integrity (statuses, dispositions, notes) and continuously suggest/implement process improvements to optimize system workflow and accelerate time-to-fill.
• Exceptional Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience, recognizing that efficiency and high-touch communication are paramount in a competitive clinical recruiting market.
• Serve as an expert on Signify Health’s business, benefits, and opportunities.
• Achieving Accelerated Metrics: Consistently meet and exceed defined recruiting metrics, including, but not limited to, accelerated time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and achieving superior candidate/hiring leader survey scores, all within a high-volume context.
• In this role, your success will be determined by your ability to deliver high volumes of clinical talent at pace while maintaining operational excellence and system integrity.
• Your strategic agility, exceptional organizational skills, negotiation expertise, and deep technical fluency with the ATS are critical to your success.

Qualifications:
• Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily obtained by a bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business, Organizational Development or similar discipline
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a demonstrable track record in high-volume clinical or healthcare recruitment.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required;must be highly skilled in reporting, workflow management, and ensuring data accuracy for large pipelines.
