[Remote] Paid Media Growth Specialist (Entry-Level, Finance-First)

The role focuses on managing paid media spend using a trader's approach and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage paid media spend with a trader’s mindset (risk, allocation, downside protection)
- Analyze performance using probability, signal vs noise, and expected value
- Forecast CAC, contribution margin, and payback under multiple scenarios
- Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta and other platforms
- Make fast decisions with imperfect information
Skills
- A background in finance, economics, math, stats, engineering, or analytics
- Exposure to trading, investing, arbitrage, or betting markets
- Experience building models, competing in investing clubs, or managing real capital
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- You're early in your career (0–2 years) and analytically sharp
- Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) or similar certifications
- Meta Blueprint or early paid media experience
- E‑commerce or performance marketing exposure
- Personal experience trading or investing real money
