The role focuses on managing paid media spend using a trader's approach and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid media spend with a trader’s mindset (risk, allocation, downside protection)
  • Analyze performance using probability, signal vs noise, and expected value
  • Forecast CAC, contribution margin, and payback under multiple scenarios
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta and other platforms
  • Make fast decisions with imperfect information

Skills

  • A background in finance, economics, math, stats, engineering, or analytics
  • Exposure to trading, investing, arbitrage, or betting markets
  • Experience building models, competing in investing clubs, or managing real capital
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • You're early in your career (0–2 years) and analytically sharp
  • Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) or similar certifications
  • Meta Blueprint or early paid media experience
  • E‑commerce or performance marketing exposure
  • Personal experience trading or investing real money
