Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good listening and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center software

Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace

Ability to work flexible part-time shifts, including evenings or weekends

Preferred:

Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or virtual support role

Multitasking and time management skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure
