Key Responsibilities

• Data Capture & Validation: Accurately input, verify, and update large volumes of content metadata, licensing information, and user‑generated data using arenaflex’s internal tools and third‑party platforms.
• Quality Assurance: Perform routine audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicate records, and formatting errors, ensuring compliance with internal data standards.
• Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and content operations to understand data requirements and provide feedback on data collection processes.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of data entry procedures, create status reports for stakeholders, and flag any systemic issues that could affect downstream analytics.
