[Remote] Performance Support Specialist - Bilingual Vietnamese

This role involves assisting in resolving customer complaints, reviewing reports, and maintaining tracking systems for complaint issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving customer complaints escalated by internal and external business partners
- Review and modify Physician capitation reports
- Resolve repeated member issues reported multiple times
- Respond to and resolve escalated inquiries from other departments and external contacts
- Recommend process improvements
- Build trust through open communication with internal and external customers
- Follow procedures based on issues and documents received
- Recommend management actions concerning staff performance
- Maintain open information exchange with customers
- Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- File complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct outreach as required
- Attend meetings as necessary
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Healthcare industry experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Clerical or administrative experience
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Associate degree from an accredited school
- Conflict resolution experience
- Experience handling complex situations and projects
- Experience in staff development and coaching
