Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret customer and shipping orders submitted in various formats
  • Enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Verify data accuracy before entry and ensure consistency across the system
  • Report data errors or anomalies to supervisors promptly
  • Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties alongside data entry tasks

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
  • Patience and focus for performing repetitive tasks
  • Ability to maintain accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
  • Reading knowledge of English, with additional Spanish skills being beneficial
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
  • Social perceptiveness and a service-oriented approach
