[Remote] Professional Data Entry Keyer

They are seeking a Professional Data Entry Keyer who will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying data, interpreting customer orders, and performing various administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret customer and shipping orders submitted in various formats
- Enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Verify data accuracy before entry and ensure consistency across the system
- Report data errors or anomalies to supervisors promptly
- Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties alongside data entry tasks
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
- Patience and focus for performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to maintain accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
- Reading knowledge of English, with additional Spanish skills being beneficial
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
- Social perceptiveness and a service-oriented approach
