[Remote] Project Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DOCS Education is seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to join their team. The role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and creative projects for a dental education brand, ensuring projects stay on schedule and aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing projects, including website builds, email campaigns, paid ads, SEO, content development, and branding
- Act as a central liaison between management and internal marketing teams (design, content, SEO, paid ads, development) to ensure clear communication
- Facilitate project kick-offs, daily communications, and status reports to keep all stakeholders aligned
- Organize department goals (new patient growth, practice expansion, etc.) into actionable tasks and structured project timelines
- Monitor timelines, resource availability, and approval stages across multiple projects simultaneously
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards and company guidelines before final delivery
- Update project progress and flag potential risks or delays to management proactively
- Assist with onboarding and project setup for new dental practices
- Maintain and document internal workflows to improve project efficiency and team productivity
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field—or relevant experience
- 1–3 years of project coordination or administrative experience; agency or dental industry experience preferred
- Experience working in a dental marketing or healthcare marketing environment is a strong plus
- Technical familiarity with dental practice marketing areas such as: Website & landing page development, SEO and paid search/social campaigns, Content creation & branding
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor template adjustments
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello)
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Experience working in a dental marketing or healthcare marketing environment is a strong plus
- CAPM or similar foundational certification is a bonus but not required
