[Remote] Project Manager I

The Project Manager I is responsible for managing customer projects, ensuring effective communication, and delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a minimum 95%+ average Client Satisfaction
- Ability to move project forward and meeting original timeline expectations a minimum of 60% of the time
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to team members and/or customers via written and verbal communication
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and change control procedures
- Ensure project quality, schedule, budgets, and deliverables meet agreed upon expectations
- Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project or customer question and sells to customer as appropriate
- Ability to manage small to medium sized product specific contracts
- Confident understanding of contracts, SOWs, and terminology and can communicate meaning effectively

- Must have strong experience with and can adopt various productivity, project, and collaboration tools e.g., Microsoft Office, Sales Force/Cloud Coach, and SharePoint
- Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions
- Clearly understands processes and executes with high quality
- Understanding of local government entities, organization, and practices
- Confident understanding of contracts, SOWs, and terminology therein and can communicate the meaning of said documentation effectively to internal and external customers
- 1+ years' customer service experience required
