Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. New American Funding is a company seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to assist their Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing the onboarding process, streamlining hiring procedures, and performing various administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the high volume, fast paced Talent Acquisition team with various administrative duties:
  • Posting open positions on company career site and various job boards
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the background and onboarding process
  • Ensure LO candidates have completed background, credit, and onboarding forms
  • Work with Sr. Recruiters and LO candidates on LOE's based off credit
  • Will serve as a liason between recruiting and candidates that are receiving offers of employment
  • Troubleshoot ICIMS/Dayforce issues
  • Source resumes/candidates on various job boards as needed
  • Create requisitions in iCIMS and follow through the approval process
  • Send responses to applicant inquiries that come in through the recruiter inbox
  • Assist Director of TA
  • Other duties may be assigned

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of and experience working in full cycle recruitment
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency with using multiple internet recruiting sites to network and recruit
  • Proactive approach to recruiting and experience building talent pools/talent communities
  • Proven success cold calling candidates and overcoming objections
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of human resources practices/policies related to the new hire process
  • Proven success in a fast paced, sales-oriented work environment
  • Works extremely well in a team environment and collaborates with other team members
  • At least 1-2 year experience in in recruiting
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree; some college preferred
  • Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
  • Current or previous mortgage sales or operations experience is a plus
  • Previous experience recruiting mortgage bankers, loan officers or other sales professionals is a plus
