Responsibilities
- Manage email communication, scheduling, and document preparation
- Assist with order tracking, customer follow-ups, and daily coordination
- Maintain digital files, records, and spreadsheets
- Support the sales team with quoting, data entry, and CRM updates
- Communicate with warehouses, suppliers, and carriers as needed
Skills
- Must reside in Tennessee, Texas, Florida, or North Carolina
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Administrative or customer service experience
