[Remote] Remote Customer Service & Sales Associate (Entry Level | Training Included | No Cold Calls)

They are seeking an entry-level Customer Service & Sales Associate to provide customer service and consultation to warm prospects, assisting them with various financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contact warm prospects who submitted requests through online forms, phone calls, direct mail, or digital advertising
- Deliver a professional customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
- Explain available options clearly and assist clients with simple applications, many completed in under 10 minutes
- Help align clients with appropriate solutions, including mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and retirement planning options
- Follow documented processes and maintain accurate records in a remote work environment
- 5–10 hours per week on follow-up calls and confirmations
- 10–20 hours per week conducting customer appointments
- 5–10 hours per week on training, administrative work, and skill development
