They are seeking an entry-level Remote Sale Representative & Customer Service professional who will engage with customers, provide support, and assist with straightforward applications in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm inquiries from individuals who requested information through online forms, phone calls, direct mail, or digital advertising
- Deliver a professional customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
- Educate clients on available options and assist with straightforward applications, often completed in 10 minutes or less
- Help match clients with appropriate solutions, including mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and retirement products
- Track activity accurately and follow a step-by-step process designed for remote success
- 5–10 hours per week on phone follow-ups and confirmations
- 10–20 hours per week meeting with clients
- 5–10 hours per week dedicated to training, administrative work, and professional development
