Curect Neuropsychology of New Jersey, L.L.C. is seeking FULL TIME, TELEHEALTH, SALARIED LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC to join our team! Immediate career opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic therapist to see patients across the lifespan in individual, couples, or family therapy. Our dedicated office support-team takes care of all scheduling, billing, collections, and credentialing.
Weekly group supervision and didactics integrated into the position to support proficiency across populations and therapeutic modalities. The atmosphere is collaborative, professional, friendly, and collegial. Our flexible, remote work schedule allows therapists to tailor hours and optimize their work/life balance while focusing on patient care without on-call responsibilities.

Who You Are
The primary functions of the Licensed Clinical Therapist are to provide assessments, treatments, psychotherapy and referrals to a broad range of clients. Individual, couples, and family therapy are available forms of treatment provided by the Licensed Clinical Therapist. Clients can range in age from young children to the elderly. Support and education are provided to the significant others of the clients as well. All services are provided in accordance with professional ethics and boundaries.
What You'll Do
Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
Provide empirically-based therapy services to clients
Develop and execute individual treatment plans
Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
Complete documentation within appropriate guidelines using our electronic medical records (EMR)
Take responsibility for professional development and meeting licensure requirements to maintain credentials through attendance at relevant workshops and seminars
What You Bring
Master's Degree (Required)
NJ State License in Social Work; Marriage and Family Therapy; Mental Health Counseling; Licensed Professional Counselor (Required)
Skills
Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Computer proficiency
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills'
