[Remote] Sales And Marketing Specialist

CallSphere LLC is revolutionizing retail with conversational AI that enhances customer interactions through voice calls and text-based chatbots. They are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to manage the full sales funnel and grow their customer base across the United States by educating prospects on their AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify target businesses via email, LinkedIn, calls, and in-person visits (optional based on your location)
- Run discovery calls and product demos (live or recorded) and handle common objections
- Translate product features into ROI language for business owners (revenue lift, conversion, cost savings, missed call recovery)
- Maintain a clean pipeline (CRM/Sheet), track activity + conversion metrics, and report results
- Collaborate with the founder to refine messaging, outreach sequences, and case studies
Skills
- 1–3+ years in B2B sales / growth / SDR / marketing — or strong founder-style hustle with proof of outcomes
- Comfortable with cold outreach (emails, DMs, calls) and handling objections
- Can explain AI/automation benefits in simple, business-focused terms (revenue, conversion, missed calls, cost per call)
- Basic understanding of SaaS or tech products; AI or CX tools is a plus
- Strong organization: can manage a pipeline, follow up consistently, and hit activity targets
- Self-driven, comfortable with commission-only income, and motivated by clear metrics and upside
- Clear written and spoken communication; confident running demos on Zoom/Google Meet
- Experience selling to local businesses (retail, restaurants, clinics, salons, etc.)
- Previous startup experience
