ElevonOps is a contractor operations and growth support company focused on helping home service businesses improve lead handling, follow-up systems, appointment coordination, referral partnerships, and operational efficiency.

We are currently expanding and looking for motivated remote sales closers who are confident speaking with business owners, handling follow-ups, and closing warm opportunities.

This is NOT door-to-door sales.

This is a fully remote contractor role with warm leads and operational support provided.

What You’ll Do
• Follow up with warm leads provided by our outreach and lead coordination team
• Speak directly with contractors, business owners, and decision-makers
• Explain our operational support and referral partnership services
• Handle follow-ups through phone, text, email, and CRM systems
• Build relationships and close qualified opportunities
• Maintain pipeline organization and communication records
• Work alongside appointment coordinators and outreach staff

Compensation

This is a performance-based contractor position with warm leads provided.

Commission Structure Includes:
• Core accounts: starting around $150+ per closed client
• Higher-tier contractor accounts: increased commission payouts
• Additional onboarding/setup bonuses available
• Performance incentives for consistent closers

Expected Earnings
• Typical performers: $3,000–$8,000/month
• Strong performers: $8,000–$12,000+/month as pipeline volume scales

Compensation depends on:
