[Remote] Sales Development Executive

Cost-OS, LLC is a leading software provider delivering best-in-class construction cost estimating solutions to a rapidly growing industry. They are seeking a growth-oriented Sales Executive who will own the full outbound sales motion and drive growth by engaging decision-makers and managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Own the full outbound sales motion: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, following up, and closing
- Proactively generate pipeline through daily outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals)
- Engage technical and business decision-makers; lead confident, value-driven sales conversations
- Translate a technical software product into clear business outcomes for prospects
- Run discovery calls to uncover pain points, timelines, and buying criteria
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed agreement
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM with detailed notes, next steps, and pipeline stages
- Coordinate and deliver product demos that are professional, focused, and outcome-oriented
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and move qualified prospects forward with urgency
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
