They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive the growth of their sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads for prospective nonprofit customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research ideal nonprofit prospects using tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other databases
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels to connect with potential clients
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign execution and lead nurturing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback
  • Stay informed about Givebutter’s features, customer stories, and the nonprofit fundraising space

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or outreach role (SaaS or nonprofit tech is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to learn, adapt, and continuously improve qualification and sales skills
  • Skillful in managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and a high-volume workload
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a drive to exceed targets
  • Ability to work effectively with other team members, including the marketing, customer success, and sales teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience using a CRM
  • Passion for social impact and supporting nonprofit organizations
  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
