[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative who will focus on outbound prospecting and opportunity creation by engaging retail business owners and generating qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research retail businesses that could benefit from modern POS and eCommerce technology
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and social selling
- Connect with retail owners and decision-makers to understand their current systems and operational challenges
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls, demos, and meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain organized records of outreach and activity in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, or B2B sales
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with SaaS, retail technology, POS systems, or eCommerce platforms
- Naturally driven, resilient, and results-oriented
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and outreach
- Strong communicator who can engage business owners and decision-makers
- Organized and able to manage outreach activity and pipeline effectively
- Motivated to build a career in SaaS or technology sales
- Experience in the firearms industry
