[Remote] Sales Development Representative - Remote, United States
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Slipstream Life Sciences is focused on providing managed IT solutions for emerging pharma and biotech organizations. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help build and scale their sales pipeline through strategic outreach and collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities
• Generate revenue pipeline by scheduling introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision-makers
• Research, identify, and engage prospective accounts through strategic outbound outreach, including phone, email, and social campaigns
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by analyzing prospect needs, business context, and buying intent
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels to initiate and nurture conversations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment by taking initiative, testing new approaches, and sharing learnings to improve team performance
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline reporting within CRM and sales engagement tools
Skills
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in any capacity is preferred
• Strong interest in technology and software sales
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external prospects
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage priorities effectively
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment with rapid change and evolving processes
• Resourceful, results-driven, and motivated by achieving measurable outcomes
• Collaborative and coachable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development
• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data providers (Clay & ZoomInfo), and sales engagement tools is a plus
