[Remote] Salesforce Administrator (Remote)

The Junior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for identifying issues, defining business requirements, and managing day-to-day operations of Salesforce CRM and related systems.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts
- Manage users, roles and hierarchies, and security settings
- Develop and maintain approvals, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, and processes
- Complete bulk imports and exports of data
- Document project requirements
- Manage and maintain third-party apps
- Maintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication
- Support day-to-day operations
Skills
- 1-2 years of Salesforce.com administration experience and/or Salesforce certification
- Experience using third-party tools such as Clari, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics
- Understanding of relational database concepts and data management
- Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 4-year college degree or combination of education and experience
- CPQ experience strongly preferred

Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year. Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.
