Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual and group therapy to students in a school setting, addressing a range of mental health issues.
• * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive environments for students.
• * Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on students’ needs.
• * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• * Stay updated on best practices in school-based counseling and mental health resources.
• Required Qualifications
• Current LCSW license in California.
• * Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
