[Remote] Showroom / Product Assistant - (Home Fashions/Bedding)

The role involves preparing data for meetings, taking detailed notes, and ensuring the showroom is organized and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO during buyer and customer meetings
• Prepare customer histories, trend insights, sales recaps, and pricing intel before each meeting
• Take detailed notes during all customer interactions and distill them into clear, actionable recaps
• Send summaries and follow-up tasks to the LA team to keep everyone aligned
• Help keep the showroom organized, presentable, and ready for walk-throughs
• Assist with product samples, meeting materials, and general coordination
