Remote Property Manager – Single Family Residential Portfolio
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to oversee a small portfolio of single-family residential homes remotely. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and experienced in managing tenant relations, maintenance coordination, lease documents, and owner communication.
Position Overview
This is a remote position responsible for the day-to-day management of single-family rental homes. However, you will be required to visit properties to complete inspections and walkthroughs. The Property Manager will work closely with tenants, homeowners, vendors, and internal team members to ensure properties are professionally managed and maintained.
Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of single-family residential rental properties
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
• Communicate professionally and promptly with homeowners and tenants
• Oversee lease renewals, notices, and move-in/move-out processes
• Review property inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed
• Monitor rent collections and delinquency follow-up
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within property management software
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable housing laws
• Provide exceptional customer service while building strong owner and tenant relationships
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of residential property management experience required
• Experience managing single-family residential portfolios preferred
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through
• Experience with property management software
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated

Requirements:
Active Texas Real Estate License
Drivers License and Vehicle
One Year of Property Management Experience
Must reside in San Antonio
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Experience with Property Management Software
