[Remote] Spanish Conversational-AI Specialist

Prodigal is a company focused on building AI Agents for loan servicing and collections, aiming to transform the consumer finance industry. They are seeking a Spanish Conversational AI Operations Specialist to test and improve Spanish-language voice AI agents while providing customer support for live deployments.
Responsibilities
- Test Spanish voice AI agents and validate conversation quality
- Review call recordings, transcripts, and AI interactions
- Identify language, pronunciation, conversational, and workflow issues
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI agent performance
- Support a few dedicated customers through email, tickets, and operational requests
- Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Track customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities
- Help maintain a high-quality experience for live customers
Skills
- Native or near-native Spanish proficiency (Mexican Spanish)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable reviewing conversations and identifying issues
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in QA, customer support, contact centers, or operations
- Exposure to voice AI, conversational AI, chatbots, or customer service technologies
- Experience working with US-based customers
