Remote Staffing Sales Partner (1099) - Business Development (Commission Based)

About the Opportunity
Andvaris is building a nationwide network of independent sales partners to bring on new client relationships across a wide range of industries.
This opportunity is ideal for self-sufficient sales professionals and full-desk recruiters who know how to open doors and win business, and who prefer working independently while a full recruiting team delivers behind them.
You bring the client relationships and job orders. Andvaris provides the recruiting, candidates, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, billing, and collections. You focus on winning new business.

Compensation
Direct Hire Placements
You earn a flat placement fee based on the salary tier assigned to the search:
Tier 1 $55,000 to $91,999: $1,750
Tier 2 $92,000 to $149,999: $3,000
Tier 3 $150,000 and above: $5,000
The tier is assigned when the search is opened and remains fixed throughout the process.
Contract Staffing Placements
You earn $500 for each contract placement once your candidate reaches 180 billable hours (about 4.5 weeks full-time).
Certain specialty assignments may offer higher rates, which will be communicated in writing before the assignment begins.
You earn on every placement, not just the first. For 6 months from the date a client you introduce signs their agreement, you earn on every direct hire and contract placement made at that client. Bring one good client and earn across multiple hires.
Example: you introduce a client who hires 5 people in their first 6 months. At Tier 1 direct hire, that is 5 placements x $1,750 = $8,750 from a single relationship.
Payment Terms
Direct Hire: Paid on the 30th business day after Andvaris receives full payment from the client.
Contract Staffing: $500 paid within 15 business days after your candidate reaches the 180 billable hour mark.
No Clawbacks
Once compensation is paid, it is never reversed. If a client requires a replacement under a guarantee period, Andvaris handles that process internally.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to companies with hiring needs
Build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers
Present Andvaris's direct hire and contract staffing services
Understand client hiring needs and bring open job orders
Coordinate the client agreement through the sales portal
Introduce the Andvaris recruiting team to fulfill the search
Maintain the client relationship and surface additional hiring needs
Track your leads, clients, and pipeline in the portal

B2B sales or staffing sales experience preferred

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
B2B Sales or Staffing Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
