Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support and training to our clients to effectively utilize our e-Commerce applications via phone and email
  • Address client inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally
  • Set up and manage online user profiles and customer catalogues

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant college diploma, with 1+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Must be bilingual in English and French
