[Remote] Technical Field Service Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. North is a hospitality technology company focused on providing seamless solutions for restaurateurs. They are seeking a Technical Field Service Specialist to handle hardware configuration, inventory tracking, and customer support for merchant services.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill incoming new or replacement hardware orders, configure hardware, create Salesforce CRM Support Tickets and route tickets and calls to the appropriate persons as needed
- Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps
- Perform data entry and ensure information stored in Salesforce CRM is accurate and complete
- Filing and/or electronic storage of documents
- Assist team members in tracking all inventory, including RMAs
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year experience in call center technical support
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General knowledge of computers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or GoogleSuite
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Travel Requirements: minimum 20%
