K13 is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Telesales Representative to drive B2C sales through effective telephone outreach. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to earn uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities:
• Proactively initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers, building rapport and identifying their needs.
• Utilize provided scripts as a foundation, adapting communication to resonate with individual customer profiles.
• Employ active listening and strategic questioning to understand customer requirements and tailor product recommendations.
• Effectively close sales by highlighting the value proposition and addressing customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, purchases, and feedback in relevant systems.
• Stay informed about product updates and new offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Address customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.

Qualifications:
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and adapt to diverse customer personalities.
• Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of closing deals.
• Proficiency in relevant computer software and CRM systems.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Minimum years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates experienced in Telecom, Internet, Solar, and Satellite Services, including the ability to bundle service packages.
• Ability to work in a 100% commission-based environment.
