Job Summary

We’re seeking an outgoing, personable Remote Telemarketer & Appointment Setter to make outbound calls and schedule appointments for our sales team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with a flexible schedule, paid training, and strong commission potential.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls using our provided dialer software.
• Connect with decision makers and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
• Present Mint Condition’s services clearly and professionally.
• Build rapport, handle objections, and maintain a positive brand impression.
• Accurately update lead information and call details in our CRM (PhoneBurner).
• Follow proven call scripts and sales processes to achieve goals.

Qualifications
• 1+ year of telemarketing or outbound calling experience preferred.
• Confident, friendly communicator with strong phone and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using web-based and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Reliable computer, headset/phone, and high-speed internet required.
• Highly self-motivated and organized; able to work independently.
• Able to work 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling during CST business hours.
• Texas-based candidates preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
• $17/hour + (DOE) + commission for each appointment set
