[Remote] Training & Development Administrative Coordinator

The Training & Development Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the Learning and Development team, ensuring effective training program delivery and a positive learning experience for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Prepare training materials, rosters, sign-in sheets, and evaluations
- Manage training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants and facilitators
- Coordinate room reservations, equipment, and technology setup for training events
- Maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and other tracking tools
- Assist in monitoring compliance-related training completion and certification renewals
- Generate reports on training participation, completion, and feedback for leadership
- Process invoices, purchase requests, and budget tracking related to training programs
- Act as the first point of contact for training inquiries and requests
- Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure new employees complete required training
- Support special projects and initiatives within the T&D team
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) years of full-time behavioral health experience
- Basic computer skills
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to pass de-escalation training, as defined by state requirements
- If driving is required for this position, must meet all requirements outlined in Recovery Innovations driving policy
- If not qualified to drive per driving policy, a Non-Driver Attestation form must be signed
- Travel required based on business need
- Must be at least 18 years old unless residing in a state where funder or government regulations set a different minimum age requirement
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism
- Must be able to pass a seven-year background check
- Must be able to pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable)
- Must be able to obtain designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states
- Must be able to pass education verification check
- Must be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier (if driving is required for this position)
- Minimum of one (1) years of supervisory experience preferred
