Overview
We are currently expanding our team and looking for individuals who enjoy supporting clients and coordinating travel details to join us as Remote Travel Services Consultant. In this role, you will assist travelers with organizing trip arrangements, reviewing available options, and ensuring all elements of their travel plans are handled accurately from start to finish.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a service-focused role, managing details, and learning about destinations and travel experiences while working in a remote, flexible environment. No previous travel industry experience is required training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with organizing travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, tours, and activities
Review traveler preferences to help identify suitable destinations and experiences
Provide helpful guidance and recommendations throughout the planning process
Communicate with clients via email, messaging tools, and phone when needed
Coordinate booking confirmations with travel suppliers and partners
Maintain accurate and organized client travel records
Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
Support clients through each stage of their travel planning journey
What We're Looking For
Interest in customer service and travel coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using online systems and basic computer tools
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved hiring region
No prior travel experience required — full training provided
