Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in niche hiring.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in specialized IT roles.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to networking, social media, job boards, and Boolean searches.
Strong understanding of technical requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience working remotely and independently, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and hiring needs.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various methods and tools, ensuring alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting, continuously improving sourcing strategies and processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment tools.
Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on recruitment status. Benefits
