Remote US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote US IT Recruiter to join our team at Ajmera Infotech, a leading software research and development company. As a Remote US IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing top talent in specialized IT roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and hiring needs.

Job Summary: This is a remote, night shift position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in niche hiring. You will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing and qualifying candidates, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various methods and tools
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting, continuously improving sourcing strategies and processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in niche hiring
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in specialized IT roles
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, job boards, and Boolean searches
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience working remotely and independently, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills
