[Remote] Warranty Administrative Assistant (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide. The Warranty Administrative Assistant will focus on EPC, HV, and BESS close out packages and support ongoing warranty processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and effective coordination with contractors.
Responsibilities
- Assist Warranty Services Administrative Manager or Warranty Manager as needed
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Maintain Warranty Projects Guide
- Set up Closeout Templates
- Tracking of Substantial Completion Dates and Certificates
- Coordination with all Contractors to receive and review closeout documentation
- Filing of all closeout documentation in Sharepoint/ICM Closeout Folders
- Delivery of closeout package to project teams
- Assist with writing and tracking Purchase and Work Orders for warranty work
- Assist with maintaining warranty filing system
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
