[Remote/WFM] Part-time Faculty - PhD in Data Science

Description:
• Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on various assessment activities.
• Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive student-centric learning environment.
• Complete required tasks on deadlines (e.g., final grades, assessment, grading rubrics, input for grade appeals, etc.).
• Maintain appropriate professional training and/or scholarly activities, when applicable.
• Provide feedback to the course lead regarding the course content.
• Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services. Requirements:
• Doctorate in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or related field required.
• 2+ years of practical or research experience in building Machine Learning or Deep learning models in Python, and/or R programming required.
• 2+ years of research or practical experience in the field of Data Science or Data Analytics required.
• 1+ years of teaching experience in data science, Data Analytics or Data engineering preferred.
• Experience serving on doctorate dissertation committees preferred.
• Experience is preferred in: Tensorflow, Pytorch, Keras AutoML, and AWS SageMaker.
• Predictive Analytics and forecasting in different disciplines.
• Experience with online teaching in higher education with working adults, preferred. Benefits:
