Role Description

Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective clients through door-to-door outreach, community events, and local marketing initiatives to promote solar energy solutions
• Conduct detailed consultations to assess customer needs, explain technical solar products, and present tailored proposals
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively
• Negotiate terms and close sales by demonstrating value, addressing objections, and building strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation in target markets
• Maintain a high level of customer service by providing clear information, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth sales process
• Lead by example in representing the company professionally, ethically, and enthusiastically at all times

Qualifications
• Proven success in outside sales, preferably within energy sales or technical sales environments
• Strong background in marketing strategies and lead generation techniques
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and efficiently
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of solar technology, energy systems, or related technical fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided
