ERIS is a growing company that provides critical risk and historical information on properties in Canada and the United States. They are seeking an entry-level Report Analyst to analyze and compile reports of property-related information for the environmental due diligence process.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of data, geocoding, and preparing reports with strict daily deadlines
  • Performing QA/QC of products before delivery to clients
  • Coordinating delivery and communication to clients of database reports, aerial photos, city directory searches, title/lien searches, fire insurance maps, and other related products
  • Working with the Client Service team and the Support team to ensure client concerns and questions are responded to in a timely manner
  • Maintaining and fostering good working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal customer service and production teams
  • Additional responsibilities may be required as opportunities arise, and business continues to expand

Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, Planning or Environmental studies
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to analyze maps, aerial images, and understand site plans
  • Demonstrated research, problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as a team player in a very busy environment
  • Diligent and quick learner with a positive attitude and amenable personality
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with ESRI's Arc suite of products
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat
