The role

As we continue our rapid expansion into new business units and markets, we are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Accountant to join us remotely in Ukraine. In this role, you will manage the accounting of an LLC under the general taxation system, including VAT.

You'll be responsible for comprehensive accounting and tax management, working with tax reporting, payroll, HR records, and internal processes. Your expertise, accuracy, and structured approach will be instrumental in streamlining our processes and maintaining compliance with local regulations.

What you will do

• Maintain accounting and tax records in compliance with Ukrainian legislation

  Prepare and submit reports

  Conduct payroll calculation and processing

  Cooperate with tax authorities and the audit bodies

  Work closely with internal teams

  What you bring

  • 4–5 years of experience working with Ukrainian companies (LLC under the general taxation system)

    Tax accounting experience

    Payroll calculation and processing skills

    Advanced knowledge of 1C / Medoc / Vchasno tools

    Knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting Standards

    English at a basic working level for team communication and reading documentation

    Nice to have

    • Confident knowledge of Excel

      IFRS - understanding areas of application, ability to work with specific sections

      Experience with ERP (Oracle NetSuite)

      Practical experience in transfer pricing

      Experience interacting with tax audits

      Participation in Diia.City audits
