Objectives of the Role

The Reports Analyst will assist the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst in running and owning various processes such as but not limited to Group Management Reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

 

Consolidate monthly global reports within expected timeframes

Rollover, prepare and release all global reports within expected timeframes

Maintenance of Power BI tool used in Group reporting

Maintenance of Power Query reports

Assist in the consolidation of Budget/Forecast in Group and upload final numbers to Sprint

Provide front-end finance administration back-up for Sprint

Assist in the production and analysis of financial tools/reports and operating metrics to measure financial and non-financial performance useful in decision-making

Administer Group Finance SharePoint

Maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners

Work with internal and external auditors for any FP&A related requests

Identify, recommend and implement process improvement and automation opportunities

Undertake other duties as required

 

About You

Essential Experience and Knowledge

 

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Reporting

Desirable

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Reporting

Strong attention to details

Strong analytical and data handling skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
