Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Researcher to support a UK-based employer in our client, working closely with Chloe to ensure continuity and quality. As a South African professional, you will be responsible for onboarding a new consultant and reducing staffing costs. This role is ideal for someone with research experience looking to work remotely for a UK-based company.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research to support the onboarding of a new consultant before August
Assist Chloe in ensuring continuity of work during her absence
Analyse data and information to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives
Provide high-quality support to the new consultant and the team
Identify and implement cost-saving measures to reduce staffing costs
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
2-3 years' experience in research
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
