Responsibilities

Assist clients with arranging travel accommodations, vacation packages, cruises, and transportation services
Research and review travel options through approved supplier and booking platforms
Coordinate reservation requests and verify travel information for accuracy
Provide timely assistance and recommendations based on client preferences and travel objectives
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging channels
Monitor reservation status and assist with schedule changes or booking adjustments when needed
Maintain organized client files, confirmations, and travel records
Complete ongoing training and stay informed about travel products, destinations, and promotions
