Retail Merchandising Reset Specialist
Alpha Cube, Inc. is looking for a talented Full Time Retail Merchandising Reset Specialist to join their ever-growing team. The role involves assisting Member-Owner retailers with product placement, executing planograms, and maintaining store products, while traveling to various store locations.
Responsibilities
- Travel to retail member stores throughout your assigned region to maintain store products and execute developed planograms
- Maintain full distribution of products on assigned accounts
- Assess and prioritize workloads based on store assignment and client needs
- Work with item placement already on retail shelves, removing any discontinued items from sets
- Successfully execution of planograms, weekly and monthly sales checklists, and implementation of new items carried by the distribution center
- Communicate to Team Lead any additional tasks the Store Team requests
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
Skills
- Ability to complete Grocery/General Merchandise set work independently without schematics
- Ability to be flexible and making self-available to respond to changing customer needs to prevent unnecessary delays in service
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with all parties involved with our business
- Ability to take the initiative on tasks, prioritize multiple competing assignments and proven ability to manage and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude with a willingness and ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- High level of integrity, ethics, and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds frequently
- Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 1-3 years Retail Grocery/ GM or - Merchandising experience strongly preferred
