Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T's Manhattan Beach store, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, using a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and help them find the perfect solutions to meet their needs. Your goal will be to create meaningful connections with every customer, meet sales targets, and earn your commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through personalized sales expertise and a consultative sales approach
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging AT&T's full suite of products and services
  • Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure that customers receive the support they need
  • Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving technology and changing customer needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

To succeed as a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you'll need:

  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience (a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with wireless or telecommunications products and services
